Dr. Omotolu (Tolu) Aje-Omokore is a double board-certified doctorate prepared nurse practitioner in mental health and family medicine. She has over 10 years of experience in managing mental health issues and promoting wellness in multiple healthcare settings. She enjoys providing a holistic approach by coaching patients on evidence-based health strategies, to reduce depression, anxiety, pain, and life stressors, to mention a few. This in turn helps her patients to be more productive at work and in their personal life. These positive patient outcomes have continued to fuel her passion in mental health. Dr. Aje-Omokore’s goals are to reduce the stigma associated with mental health and enhance easy access to top notch healthcare for patients. Dr. Aje-Omokore enjoys traveling during her spare time and learning new languages. In addition, she enjoys learning about new cultures and other people’s way of life. She is excited to be one of MHFA’s healthcare provider and looks forward to engaging with patients on the virtual platform.
