Maimouna Sow is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the Founder of Mental Health For All. She spent the 7 years before starting Mental Health For all working in outpatient and inpatient care psychiatric services, medical-surgical nursing, critical care, and home health services. She is licensed to treat patients in Washington State, Arizona & Oregon.
Maimouna envisioned starting a practice where she would utilize technology to provide evidence-based treatments including medication management, psychotherapy, complementary medicine and lifestyle management. She wanted to improve the user experience and provide care in the most comfortable setting possible, oftentimes in the comfort of their own homes.
Maimouna enjoys meeting new people, and helping people find optimal mental wellness through diet, exercise, stress reduction, lifestyle management, medication management, and complementary medicine. She finds of most importance in care is building and fostering a provider/patient relationship.
