Financial Policy

Mental Health For All currently accepts Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Cigna behavioral Health,

First Choice Health, Government Employee Health Associations (GEHA), Great West Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, OptumHealth Behavioral Solutions, Premera Blue Cross, United Behavioral Health, and United Healthcare.  All other insurance carriers will consider Mental Health For All as an “out of network” provider.

BILLING OUT OF NETWORK:

We do not bill out of network benefits.

With that said, even if we do not accept your insurance, most of our patients are able to get part or all of fees paid by insurance using typical “out of network” reimbursement options. Please verify with your insurance carrier if reimbursement is important to you prior to scheduling or paying for our Services.

We can provide you an invoice with appropriate diagnostic information so that may submit for reimbursement by sending service paid invoices directly to them.

We will research benefit information prior to your initial appointment and provide you with an estimate. Please note this is just an estimate, your insurance company may cover services differently after a claim has been submitted, resulting in a higher cost-share than originally anticipated.

Credit Card Policy

Mental Health For All requires that all clients have a credit card on file that can be charged for any balances that are your financial responsibility. Your card information will saved for future transactions include your copay, deductibles, or coinsurance owed at time of service.
All Fees or copays will be charged in full at the time of service. 

Cancelations and No Shows Policy

In order to provide you with optimal care, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Our providers do not double book appointments.

For any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice, there will be a late cancelation fee. Please note that late cancellations/no shows fee is an out-of-pocket expense, as insurance companies cannot be billed for missed visits.

We will make every effort to provide you with adequate reminders for your scheduled appointments and be more than happy to reschedule as needed.
