While we accept insurance plans as payment for our services, our clients are required to have an active debit or credit card to receive treatment. We will obtain their debit or credit card information the moment you schedule your appointment with us. Our clients are required to sign a document they agree to and understand that the credit or debit card on file will be automatically charged for various fees or transactions. These transactions may include co-payments, late cancellation fees, and/or missed appointment fees.
